A community-driven celebration of LGBTQIA+ diversity
Led by the Dykes and Friends on Bikes and Grand Marshal Dr. Jack McIntyre with his family, the PRIDE Parade, now in its 7th year, is a mile-and-a-half display of over 500 participants across 38+ organizations exhibiting ‘Community with Unity’ including the Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation, the Coastal Bend Pride Center, HRMG, Herrman and Herrman PLLC, St. Paul United Church of Christ, All Saints Episcopal Church, Women’s and Men’s Health Services, Coastal Bend Dayspa, Youvolve Healing Center, Miss Gay Corpus Christi Texas USofA, AZUL Entertainment, Starbucks, Corpus Christi AFT, MHID, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Chi Sigma Iota Alpha Theta Mu Chapter, King High School Gender Sexuality Alliance, The Hidden Door Corpus Christi, Del Mar College Safe Space, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Corpus Christi, Islander Spectrum of Sexuality and Gender, Corpus Christi Atheists, Orangetheory Fitness, Supercuts, The Royal Sovereign Imperial Court of the Texas Riviera, Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, Revolve One, Fashaholics, Islanders for Social Justice, TAMUK Unity and many more.
Event Route
Staging takes place at the Art Center by the two story Whataburger. Participants are to enter via Cooper’s Alley for staging beginning at 10:45 AM. The Parade will depart at 11:30 AM and proceed northbound on Shoreline Blvd., take a left turn on Fitzgerald by the American Bank Center, ending at lot #5. Event route map coming soon.
