Welcome and thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey. This survey is designed to help us better understand how we can best support the LGBTQIA+ community in South Texas. Your honest feedback on topics such as education, employment, healthcare, and community involvement will guide our efforts to create programs, events, and services that truly benefit our community.

Your participation is completely voluntary. As a token of our appreciation, you will receive a one-time-use promotional credit for future Pride events or a free Pride 2026 shirt (limited availability, while supplies last). If you provide an email address below, we will email your code to you; otherwise, please copy the code displayed in the confirmation message.

Why we ask for your date of birth and email: To measure the real impact of our programs and federal and state government policies, we use these identifiers to compare your responses from year to year. This allows us to strategically identify and report to prospective and awarded grants on how our community is changing over time. By answering these questions each year, you are directly helping us understand community needs and seek the support to positively impact the LGBTQIA+ community in South Texas. Your individual responses are never shared publicly, and you may choose to remain anonymous by omitting your email address.
