March with Pride: An Experience to Remember!

This year, on October 7th, the streets will come alive in a cascade of colors, sounds, and emotions that promises to be unlike any other.

🚶‍♂️ Our parade will embark on a picturesque journey southbound on Shoreline Blvd. Setting off from the Art Center of Corpus Christi and winding down to the lush grounds of Water’s Edge Park. A route designed not just for spectacle but for memories.

🎉 Last year, over 500 vibrant souls marched with us. This year, we’re taking it up a notch. Join hands with businesses, students, and spirited individuals alike. Whether you dance, march, or simply spectate, you’re part of our mosaic.

🎶 Echoes of joy, unity, and hope will resonate, thanks to our incredible local LGBTQIA+ talents and captivating special performances.

🌈 Engage. Participate. Showcase. From the Human Rights Campaign to voter registration, your presence amplifies our collective voice.

🤝 This isn’t just a parade. It’s a movement, a declaration of love, acceptance, and unity.

🔊 Here’s a glimpse of the cavalcade leading our parade:

Riding in with Legacy: The Dykes and Friends on Bikes, a nod to our roots from the very first pride parade in San Francisco following the Stonewall Riots. Their roaring engines set the rhythm for our march.

Parents with Pride: This year’s grand marshals, these phenomenal parents lead our parade, embodying acceptance and unconditional love for their LGBTQIA+ children.

Following them, we have our cherished Texas Riviera Empire and community pillars like the Coastal Bend Pride Center and Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation.

As we progress, expect to see an array of local luminaries, community groups, businesses, and spirited individuals. From our LGBTQIA+ community’s very own First Lady of Corpus Christi to the enthusiastic All Saints Episcopal Church and everyone in between!

And remember, the above is just the beginning. With many more participants, each bringing their unique essence, we promise a parade that is both diverse and united.

Last year was unforgettable, but this year? We’re painting the sky with our colors. Save the date, rally your allies, and let’s together create an indelible mark of love, unity, and pride!
