After enjoying a fantastic week of festivities with the community in June, PRIDE Corpus Christi is excited to announce that the celebration continues with the return of our block party and parade on October 8, 2022! After a two-year hiatus to maintain social distancing and the safety of our neighbors, this year’s parade will be the biggest and best with your help. The Block Party and Parade are free to the public. 

 

PRIDE Corpus Christi Parade

• Date: October 8, 2022
• Parade Hours: 11:30AM – 12:45PM 
• Staging: 10:45 AM
• Location: Art Center of Corpus Christi to 100 N Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401 along Shoreline Blvd.

Applications are now open for floats, marchers, and vendors at this October’s Parade. Within each application, you will find our liability release and the guidelines for both events.

Parade application fees

• Pride 2022 Sponsor – Complimentary Parade Entry
• Commercial Business – $75 Parade Entry
• Non-Profit Organization – $50 Parade Entry
• Government Entity – $30 Parade Entry
• Other – School Org/Club/Student Group (Free)
• Parade Application, Parade Release Form, and payment must be received by Friday, September 23, 2022

 

PRIDE Corpus Christi Block Party 

• Date: October 8, 2022
• Block Party Hours: 1 PM – 5 PM directly following the PRIDE Parade
• Location: Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History back lot – 1900 N Chaparral St, Corpus Christi, TX 78401

Museum tickets will be on sale for the Block Party attendees at a discounted rate. Must show wristband to receive discount. A TEDx talk will be held inside featuring the topic of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion themed “One Love.” Applications for topic experts are currently open.

We are now accepting applications for block party vendors and food trucks. Within each application, you will find our liability release and the guidelines for both events.

Block Party application fees

• Pride 2022 Sponsor – Complimentary Entry
• Non-Profit (10′ x 10′) Booth Space – $30
• For Profit (10′ x 10′) Booth Space – $50
• Food Trucks – $150
• Expanded Booth Space (Additional 10′ x 10′) is available for an additional fee of $25

Vendor Booth Application, Vendor Release Form, and payment must be received by Friday, September 23, 2022
